I'm sure someone somewhere has done something much dumber...but for me this takes the cake.
Wondering why my freezer is empty? Because I had to have my dad help me unload FIVE bins full of food to move over to their freezer this morning.
I went out to grab bread and noticed water all over the floor of the garage and that my food was starting to thaw.
I caught it JUST in time I tell ya.
I almost called an appliance repair place and then remembered, "DUH" that I married Handyman Dan. That handsome devil can fix anything.
I was having visions of writing checks to pay for repairs, buying a new freezer, etc. etc.
Turns out "Someone" left the freezer door open. It caused the freezer to ice up and stop working.
That "Someone" might have also turned OFF the alarm. You know, the one that beeps and tells you your freezer is thawing?
Yeah, that handy alarm.
I love that Dan kept saying "SOMEONE" when we both clearly know that person must have been moi.
DUH.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I read the title. I just want to let you know you're not alone. I did the same thing last year, and of course it was the basement freezer so no one knew what was happening until we found all that water.
Wasn't my brightest moment.

It's ok, SOMEONE at my house left the dirty broiler in the oven last night and SOMEONE had to take the smoking gun outside while someone else had to run and shut off all the alarms. :)
That's ok, SOMEONE here always does stupid things like that too. My "someone's" favorite thing to do? Leave pizza boxes in the oven - then preheat!

Oh Kristen! That is not fun at all. Does Dan always refer to you as "someone" when you do something wrong? Kendrick does it too. Yet I have no problem letting the world know when KENDRICK does something wrong:)
