My cutie patootie Greggie John started Preschool today!! He was so excited to wear a backpack just like his older brother and did not even bat an eye when I left. I however, cried as soon as I drove off. Just a little weepy that's all. Greg is my little buddy and I'm so used to having him right by my side for everything.
I'm so thrilled that he gets to start doing more things on his own. He will do great in school I know it!

Oh, I am so sorry for you! (Well, you know what I mean.) Happy to see your little boy so excited for school, but I know I will be weepy when my turn comes to send my daughter off!

We have such similar lives Kris! My dear second child also went to preschool today. I too had a tear in my eye.

I'm feeling sentimental about Greg going to school since I remember when he was born. Wow - time has really gone by fast!

Oh my gosh. Could he BE any cuter?! As I was crying my eyes out last night, my husband's loving an gentle words were, "Well, honey, they DO have to go to school and get an education". Didn't really make me feel better, but he was right. :)

Our boys are growing up so quickly! He is such a cutie! I will have to talk to you about his first day...Carsen's first was yesterday too, but I am just too lazy to update my blog!
