A Gift for You on my Blogiversary!

It's hard to believe that three years ago I started this little blog site about my family.  It was a whim and nothing about it was intentional or directional.  Ha!  It's still not sometimes!
Did you know the name of my blog came from a song that is special to Dan and I?
We're not really old people who listen to Pat Boone - at ALL.
It's been fun to do and a I've learned a lot along the way. Instead of magazines I find myself looking at web design books, html codes and somehow I have ended up with four blogs that I am now trying to merge.
I think that the best part has been meeting other bloggers along the way! I am astounded at the creativity that other bloggers have and how that transcends into our individual homes.
Amazing!
In honor of this random day, I'm offering up a $10 gift card to Starbucks to one lucky commenter!

You need to raise your imaginary little red holiday cup of hot chocolate, mocha or whatever and make a toast of commitment to something new you want to start this next year.
A recipe blog?  An exercise program? Being more frugal, crafty or just a better friend?

Tell me what it is you want to start new to enter!

I've been saying since the second baby arrived that I would be waking up before them to work out and to buy a DVR so that I can go to bed early!! And some Starbucks to ease the transition would be the perfect way to go!!!

I'd like to stay frugal, be more positive and not anger as easily. That might be a tall order, but I know I can do anything I set my mind to. :-)

Happy blogiversary!!! I'm not sure what I want to change or start next year....and it's bothering me!! I have been feeling like something is missing and I need to change things up in my life. So I guess my goal is to get it all figured out and make the change. Of course exercise and eating better are ALWAYS on my list!! :)

Dearie,

Happy Blogiversary. Here's to many many more blog posts and happy merging.
Daniel and I went to Starbucks tonight to celebrate. He had two poems accepted in a journal. We always get to go out for a celebratory treat when he gets a poem accepted. That's just how it is, right?
Well, this year I hope to enter my "fire engine" stage of life. Have I ever told you about how I want to be a "fire engine"? I think I'll have to write about it on my blog soon.

Love you pretty lady,
Kitty

I started a blog, but haven't put anything on it since the first day. So, my New Year's resolution is to post something at least once a week as I head into this new adventure called Big Sky Country. If I get my wish for Christmas (a digital camera), then I would also like to take a photoshop class so that I can take quality pictures of my wonderful kids and our new surroundings! Happy New Year and Congratulations on the Blogiversary!! :)
