Garden Nursery Tour

Before I say anything else, I know you have all been on pins and needles about my freezer.

Dan fixed it...(uh, told "someone" to make sure the door was shut) so now it works fine.

We went to our old stomping grounds in Orem on Saturday to celebrate Dan's younger brother, Adam adding a "Dr." to his name!  He is now a dentist and they are moving to Colorado for four more years of school to specialize.
Hooray Adam!
And Hip HIP Hooray to his darling wife and three children for supporting him through this!

We decided to stop at a nursery in Vineyard - it used to be really cute with a great selection.
You're probably thinking nothing is wrong here, right?

Again, plants.  What's the big deal?  Looks like a normal nursery to you?

Still seeing nothing but wigglie trees trying not to giggle?

Oh wait, they started giggling.  And running around an area that used to be full of plants that is now sitting sad and empty.

I guess the workers are too busy to trim their own trees and throw away used pallets?

Or maybe they got lost in the pile of plastic pots?
It used to be such a great place.  We took the boys there every Halloween for their corn maze, animal farm and now it just looks like someone got the bad end of the stick in a nasty divorce.

I'm on a hunt to find a great nursery in Utah.  I have a strong contender in mind but I will have to let you know how that checks out!

I'm sad that one by the post office closed! It was a little pricey but had such a good variety!
