Michelle was my pink lip gloss wearing roommate during my second year of college - her now husband Joe was our honorary 5th roomie who used to write Michelle love poems on the refrigerator and serenade the apartment with his mad guitar skills.
(I really don't remember if he was *that* good)
They have three gorgeous little girls, one of which is 6 year old Annie who recently had a miraculous liver transplant.
They are now trying to raise money to cover the costs of her care and medication.
