Excuse My Manners for ONE Moment...

This is to the kid who decided it would be cool if he slapped my son at recess today and yelled in his face:

He has reported you, I have spoken with the teacher and we will find out who you are.
You should be a REALLY scared 5 year old right now.
You picked a sweet, nice kid who has a really.super.mean mom.

You don't mess with my kids.

Well, that is just not nice!!! Can you believe that parents do not teach their children that slapping someone in the face and yelling at them is not acceptable... oh wait, they probably learned it from the parents! How sad!!! I hope cute Graham is ok!

O'man...I hate when things like this happen to your kids, it breaks your heart and makes you furious. Especially slapping, what is up with that. Sorry Kristen, and I am actually sorry for the kid too, not for slapping, but for messing with your son because I know you will take action:) He is going to wish he never did that. Good luck. I hope he is okay.

Good luck sorting all that out - that really just ruins a good mom's day!

as a teacher i think one of the most terrible things to a kid is a slap in the face. not only does it hurt, but it embarrasses. hoping tomorrow is a much better day for him:)

I am so sorry. The playground can be so mean. Good thing about kindergarteners is they are so flexible. one day they fight, next day friends. and boys rebound way faster than girls.
That other boy is probably not BFF material but I bet tomorrow all will be forgotten (if not I'm right there with you! just call...we'll get the posse to the playground!) :)

You have NO idea how happy I am NOT to be that little kid right now. Sleep with one eye open, buddy! She means business!

Hope your baby is fine. I told Holli to tell the bullies that her Mama will fight a kid.
