It's My Party

No crying here though - Lauren was pleased as punch to be the star of the show that night!

Lauren and her Nanny, Sally. I need to get some more pictures of her in the shirt I made for her - it said "Miss February" on it in rhinestones. I thought it was so cute!
If you guessed right, she just got passed from Grandma, Nanny and back again all night! None of the three minded. With my mom and dad. Grandpa looks grumpy - maybe because there were about 25 kids there! (oh the NOISE!!) Her cake. I was a great mom with Graham and Greg and made their first cakes. Now I'm a less cranky mom because I let CostCo do it. Graham and Greg watching her dig in - she ate a TON of cake! So much we finally took it away from her so she wouldn't get sick!

Thank you to all of our sweet family and dear friends who came to celebrate.
It was such a fun night!

Everything is so pink and frilly! So sweet!! Lauren is such a doll in her tutu and headband! I have one of our local grocery stores make our birthday cakes. Everyone loves theirs better than mine!

Can't believe you did ALL THAT yesterday and still had time for 'other wonderful things'! You're amazing!

Miss February...I love that!! I'm totally going to copy for Claire's birthday. Or better yet, maybe I can hire you to make one for Claire!! I may not be in my crafting mood anymore! Looks like a great party, as usual!

Miss February was the perfect party girl! A lot of 1 yr olds get overwhelmed but she loved being in the spotlight! so much fun!

What a great party...I am not suprised though. You really out do it. The decor looked great and she looked so happy. Nothing better than having a one year old be happy on their big day and enjoy the cake!!

Happy birthday, Lauren! Don't we love our little Valentines? It seems like just yesterday that Emma was 1, and now she's 3. She'll always be my baby, though! Lauren is beautiful! I'm glad you got some special birthday snuggle time with her.
