The New Dr. & Diet

I am on the hunt for a new endocrinologist. Mine is downtown and getting there with my schedule and three kids is becoming more and more difficult.

So prior to doing this I thought I should start writing down everything I eat to show this new Dr. and maybe he can help me out with a few things. Like, I can eat whatever and not gain a pound. I can not eat at all and not lose a pound. It's not that fun.

So, since I am writing everything down I thought I would put myself on a new diet. It's all the rage and I've heard somewhat popular. It's called:
"DO NOT EAT CRAP" diet.

You know, like desserts should be a limited treat, now and then. Not after every meal. And breads should hold some sort of grain in them, not just white flour. Vegetables and fruits should be eaten before they start to go bad in the fridge.

Things like that.
I won't be talking about this non-stop because I get annoyed when people only ever talk about their diets and what they ate and what they did at the gym. But I will give updates.

Wish me luck!

I love the name of your diet! In fact, I love it so much, I just might have to try it :) Best of luck as you embark on this new endeavor. It may be hard, but should certainly be worth it.

Ha! I love it. Good luck...(I love that eating whatever you want and not gaining a pound. That would be heaven!)

Here's a suggestion, get a bodybugg, it's so worth the money and it's the only thing that has worked for me because I didn't realize how many calories I really ate and I'm totally responsible for what I do. In 5 weeks, over the holidays even, I have lost 6 1/2 inches overall and 7 pounds. Good luck to you I know you can do it!

Good luck with your diet. I love the eating fruit before it goes bad, I am so guilty of that.
Hope things have gotten better for you.

I think your pretty lucky to eat whatever you want and not gain a thing...sweet! Although the other side of it has got to be annoying. Best of luck!
