Guest Bathroom Remodel!

Poor sad little bathroom. Painted European White and blah.
No pretty rugs (potty training boys will do that you know) Nothing special about it.
Ahhhhh..much better. A shiny new fixture, a little battenburg lace and gingham ribbon...
A cute white shelf to perch on. I love my new birdie and topiary I found at TaiPan Traders yesterday! The bird? $2.00! The topiary? $9.00!
Some pretty white beadboard goes a long way to make this space (and this girl) happy!
Didn't Dan do a great job?! He and I don't work well in the kitchen together. But I painted the room and he did the finish carpentry (after buying a few new tools and saws of course!) I had so much fun doing this with him. Great job babe! I am waiting for either a good sale or a few more paychecks to replace the light fixture in there. You know how that goes.

I see some master bedroom crown molding in my future!

Oh, I love it! I like the white with the green too. It keeps it fresh and a little feminine. I'll have to check out Tai Pan. I've never been there but have passed by it a few times.

It looks beautiful. I imagine you wore overalls while you painted and looked super cute.

Oh wow! It turned out perfect! I forgot to stick my head in there last night and check out the finished product--thank heavens you're a good blogger or it might have been awhile until I see it finished!

Great baby shower by the way.

It is so beautiful! I really, really love the green....what is it called? My "celery" didn't work out so well. :(

It's Homestead Resort Pale Olive from the Lowe's Historical Collection. (Funny to put in a 4 year old house but oh well!)

I love bead board it hides every thing that should be gone. What a great bathroom now and one that you want to have people use.

Great job! I like that shade of green--I think green is a hard color to find the right shade of, but I love the one you chose.

I just saw you over at Kimba's. I love your bathroom! You did a great job. Thanks for the inspiration. I literally have a can of paint and a roller brush by my side right now because I'm trying to spruce up our master bath today. I'll keep coming back to take a peek if my motivation starts dwindling :).

I just found you thanks to Kimba. Great makeover! The color is beautiful.

We have been putting up beadboard, chair rail, and crown moulding in our girls room - you did a beautiful job. It was harder to paint the beadboard than I originally thought!

Hi Kristen! Just wanted to let you know that I linked to this project from my post today. I love your makeover.
